Throughout my consulting career, I had the opportunity to work with organizations of all sizes, across diverse industries, and at varying levels of maturity. No matter how different they were, one theme appeared over and over again: they lacked the operational foundation needed to scale confidently.
Many were successful but struggled to hold teams accountable without clear policies and procedures. Processes were frequently bypassed because technology was ineffective—or didn’t exist at all. And great people were lost because leadership wasn’t aligned.
When I formed ReMy Advisory Partners, I set out to change that.

With 15+ years of experience in transformation advisory and strategic sourcing, I’ve led enterprise-wide initiatives across Fortune 500 and mid-market organizations. Prior to founding ReMy, I served as Vice President of Advisory, guiding consulting teams through operational redesign, cost reduction, and change management programs.
I’m also the co-author of Managing Indirect Spend: Enhancing Profitability through Strategic Sourcing (Wiley, 2011 & 2021), contributing to the industry’s leading playbook for smarter sourcing and supplier management.
